MANAGER VERSION INFORMATION...
The current versions
for Practice Manager / Ambulance Manager / and Anesthesia Manager is
Version 3.9 and higher with a compile date of 07/2005 or later.
To check the version
of the software operating on your system, select About from the Account
menu and a window will display both the version and compile date.
Anyone operating
earlier versions should contact technical support at 800-628-8274 to
schedule a time to update to the newest version.

APPOINTMENT SCHEDULER
Appointment
Scheduler is an integrated office solution that provides a real
time on-screen view of all the patients in the office. Appointment
Scheduler alerts staff members to patients awaiting their attention
and captures billing information. Appointment Scheduler has been
installed in several beta test sites. The integrated office encompasses
the entire patient cycle beginning with scheduling. Appointment Scheduler
checks patients into the waiting room, follows them to the treatment
room, and on to check out. The electronic super bill automatically sends
charge and co-pay information to the billing department where it is
