Ambulance Manager Tour

This short tour demonstrates the 3-step process of posting a run in the Ambulance Manager software. The windows are designed to collect precisely the information required by the HIPAA guidelines for filing complete ambulance claims.

Step 1: Register the patient...
This is the patient registration screen. We suggest you register each patient only once, and then post all of their runs to this account. You can track the run number in the Charge Entry screen. However, if you prefer to create a new account for each run, we have made that easy to do by allowing you to “replicate” this account.
