Step 3: Enter the Start and End Times...
The Additional Information window collects the location of the service and the start and end times. The total minutes are calculated and entered on lines 1 & 2.
The Facility is selected from a list of available facilities. If all procedures are performed at the same facility it is possible to default this field to that facility.
The Start and End times are entered in military time at the bottom of the screen.
The system calculates the number of minutes between the start and end times and displays the minutes in the line item documentation for lines 1 and 2.
