Patient Statements
Through
our partnership with Express Bill patient statements can be sent electronically.
Instead of spending hours printing, stuffing, licking, and sticking
the process of sending patient statements can be reduced to a 15 minute
operation once a batch of statements has been processed.
Your
staff maintains control over when statements are sent and the content
right down to the dunning messages. Staff are even able to view an electronic
copy of the statements each patient received. At the staff's request,
the system produces an electronic file that contains all of the patient
statements to be mailed. That file is transferred via a HIPAA compliant
gateway to the Express Bill servers.
Full
color statements are printed on a laser press and you can even include
your practice logo as a "water mark". Statements received
by 4:00pm are sent in the next business day's mail. The
statement, return envelope, and postage are included in the per statement
fee.
Express
Bill will check the US Postal Service database to ensure that the address
on your statement is the most recent address for the patient, and notify
you of any address that has been updated.
Electronic
